Make someone feel good.

Doing for others make us feel good. It may also be good for our physical health. A recent study found that people who give support and assistance to others live healthier and longer.

• keep smiling on your face. We can be happier at work if we smile more, even if we have to fake it. Putting on a happy face has positive benefits both for you and the people around you. Smile makes everyone feel good. Try it right now and notice how it makes you feel more relaxed.

• Help a friend, relative, or neighbor with errands, transportation, shopping, or other tasks.

• Get involved in a volunteer organization.

• Teach your child how good it feels to give to others by volunteering together as like helping out an elderly neighbor.

• Pick up trash when you see it in a park or on the beach.

• Let someone else take the good parking space or go ahead of you in line.

I wish you good luck to make someone feels good.

Exercise your brain.

Not only is exercise smart for your heart and weight, but it can make you smarter and better at what you do.

By: Jean Lawrence.

No matter what your age or shape, you should train and exercise your brain regularly. Not only is exercise smart for your heart and weight, but also it can make you smarter, perform better at what you do, It affects mood, vitality, alertness, feelings of well being, you can think more clearly, and you can function at a higher level.

According to medical studies,

Challenge your brain by doing old routines in new ways
Brush your teeth with your other hand
Do crossword puzzles
Learn a new language
Learn a new computer program

A Brain exercise you can do right now…

This is an exercise that can strengthen neural connections and even create new ones.

Switch the hand you are using to control the computer mouse. Use the hand you normally do NOT use.

What do you notice?

Is it harder to be precise and accurate with your motions?

Do you feel like you did when you were first learning to tie your shoelaces?

If you are feeling uncomfortable and awkward don’t worry, your brain is learning a new skill.

Try other neural building and strengthening exercises with everyday movements. Use your opposite hand to brush your teeth, dial the phone or operate the TV remote.

I wish you good luck with your Brain Exercise

If you Don't want to be Ill

Good Day!

If you don’t want to be ill Trust,

what is Trust? is acceptance of something as true or reliable without being able to verify it.

Who does not trust, does not communicate, is not opened, is not related, does not create deep and stable relations, and does not know to do true friendships. Without confidence, there is not relationship. Distrust is a lack of faith in you and in faith itself.

When trust is betrayed, it hurts deep. It could be something as simple as relying on someone to be a friend who turns out not to be.

In life, we spend a lot of time confiding ourselves to someone else’s “responsible care”. Often that confidence is betrayed because the other person has to serve their own needs. Unfortunately, it’s usually at your expense. It’s hard to swallow that kind of pain, depending on the circumstances.

We all have different levels of trust in life; it comes from some of our experiences. The dramas and heartaches of our lives that have us out in this world playing emotional mental games with one another,

“When you put your trust in someone it means that you expect them to do what they say they will do, which is usually something that you should be doing for yourself. Trusting in someone usually means that there is something they have that you believe you need, or something you have that you believe they can take away to cause you harm. You place your reliance on words or “promised” action”.

When the truth reveals itself, it always does. You become disillusioned. Trust is a precious emotion. There are so many games being played with people’s trust.

Perhaps if we learn how to trust ourselves, we will be in a better position to trust others and rid out of lots of Illness.
I wish you good luck with your Trust

A smile gives much...

A smile costs nothing, but gives much. It takes a moment to smile but sometimes the memory lasts forever. It enriches those who receive, without making poorer those who give. A simile creates happiness in the home, at work and is the countersign of friendship.

You can be happier if you smile more, according to an article in the Harvard University Gazette. Putting on a happy face has positive benefits both for you and the people around you. That’s true in personal and work relationships. Smiling makes everyone feel good.

Yet it cannot be bought, begged, borrowed, or stolen, for it is something that is of no value to anyone until it is given away.

Some people are too tired to give you a SMAILE, give them one of yours.

Try it right now!

Smile and notice how it makes you feel more relaxed and cheerful.

I wish you lots of smiles whole over your face today…and everyday of your life….
