Build Few Habits for Loving Your Life

The very first habit is to love yourself and take care of you. It doesn’t matter what you do, if you do something for others without look after yourself. Eat well, take a good care of your good health, take sometimes out, keep yourself away from toxic people and situation(Stay away from people and places where you don't feel wanted), don’t forget to relax and it doesn’t matter what you do, love what you do and learn to enjoy it. Always remember to feel good to do well.

The second habit is getting some help from others. Don’t do everything alone. I guess it’s overwhelming and it’s really impossible to do alone. Why don’t you ask others for some help? Go find some support. You know what? If you are overworked, you will be not good for anybody.

The third habit is learn to say “No” we can never say this enough and saying “No” to anything is immoral or unethical and also we all know that saying “No” to anything doesn’t make us feel good. For an example: “No.” I don’t feel like working this hard. Or “No” I don’t want to go out because I feel tired.” I don’t know why saying “No” is so hard for many of us. But saying “No can often support the greater good of “Yes” do you know what? Saying “No” to other people’s requests helps us achieve our more important goals. Specifically taking care of ourselves, believe me. It's okay. You will still be loved when you say "No" because you simply can't do it all.

The last one habit I would like to share with you is to talk less, listen more and learn. This is a really hard one but talking is exhausting. It’s easier to listen, you don’t have to work hard and then you learn things. You know what? When you listen you can see what others have to offer and what others don’t. So why don’t you listen up? Show respect by appreciating ideas and what he or she gives you.

I promise you, if you do so, your rewards will be enormous in more ways then you have ever imagined.

Take care of yourself and be in the habit of loving your life.

Thank you for reading and I wish you good luck with good habits

Everything good has good reason

The story is told of an old time king and his adviser.

The adviser was known for his wisdom and strikingly positive attitude. No mater what happened, the adviser would say, “May something good come from it!”

One day, the kind returned to his castle with a bleeding hand; he had lost a finger while hunting in the forest. In pain, he showed his hand to his adviser, who simply said, “May something good come from it!” Angry at his adviser’s comment, the king shouted, “What good can come from losing my finger? Jail him!” to which the adviser simply said, “May something good come from it!”

The king appointed a new adviser, who became the second most important person in the kingdom. Later, the king’s armies were defeated by a neighboring kingdom. The tradition was that the winner would offer the most important person in the defeated kingdom as a sacrifice to the gods. However, the king was missing a finger and the triumphant enemy king declared, “I will not offer any incomplete sacrifice to the gods. Find the adviser, he will do!” And so the lives of the king and his former adviser were saved- due to events that seemed terrible when they happened.

How many of us have laid perfect plans only to see them altered or ruined by some unexpected, unwelcomed event? And how many of us change our minds and become grateful when the results of such events prove favorable?

Just because we can’t see the future, a positive outcome for an inexplicable event doesn’t make the gift to enjoy or a lesson to learn. Or as the saying goes, “May something good come from it!”

Secrets to feel everlasting happiness

Making yourself feel happy doesn’t have to cost you money, how do we find happiness? Being happy is much easier than you might think it is…how do you feel when you just think back to a happy moment of your past? Of course it was joyful. You were smiling, laughing, and relaxed.

Did you know that? Happy people have a different way of thinking and doing things, they maintain a positive attitude about people, things and life in general. Happy people generally have few secrets and here are few secrets I would like to share with you to feel happy without spending a thing.

Love Yourself
Be your own best friend. It sounds simple but learning to truly love yourself can be a challenge. It's absolutely the most essential step in being a happy person. You need to learn to enjoy your own company and to embrace everything about yourself. Like who you are on the inside.

Take a good care of Yourself
As a part of loving yourself, you will take care of your body and health. Eat healthy and work out. Get plenty of rest. Drink lots of water. Exercise your body and mind by continually energizing it with interesting and exciting challenges. When you're not feeling well - either physically or emotionally, it's hard to be happy.

Love Others
Love is what makes the world go around. Follow the saying "Do unto others, as you would have them do unto you". This is simply saying treat everyone with kindness, compassion and respect. Love is the basis for ALL happiness. If we love being with someone - we're happy. If we love what we are doing - we're happy.

Hang out with Friends
Hang out with the people you love. What three steps can you take which will allow you to spend time with people who you love? If this means cancelling all the appointments you have with the people who drain you, waste your time and energy - so be it. Basking in negative energy will get you more of the same so hang out with the people who want nothing more than to love you.

Learn to Enjoy what you do
Some statistics show that 80% of people dislike their jobs! No wonder there's so many unhappy people running around. We spend a great deal of our life working. Choose a career that you enjoy - the extra money of a job you detest isn't worth it. Make time to enjoy your hobbies and pursue special interests. Doing things you enjoy makes you happier and more productive.

So the next time you notice that you’re not feeling so good, think of just one of the above and practice it, you’ll be feeling great in no time and loving life.

I wish you every Happiness in your life and Thank you for reading.

Nothing is impossible

Have you ever thought about why are some people failing although they wish success often?

Do remember that all our thoughts become things, what we think most of our time is what we become. Anything is possible in our life, if we just believe it. Every one of us at some point of life has dreamed of being someone special. Who doesn’t dreams of being rich, successful, or happy life? We often dream big and have great aspirations. Unfortunately our dreams remain just that-dream.

We think about thousands of things each and every minute and day. We pay little attention to them every day and most of them are not positive, we do not even try to control our negative thoughts. Eventually we end up believing that our thoughts do not turn into reality. If we predominate our thoughts on doubt or fear then those thoughts become true. Thus, we meet with failure and poverty.

This is a sad turn of events in our life, instead of experiencing exciting adventures. let us allow only those thoughts that suite the thing we want and constantly filter our thoughts. Then we will have perfect control on our thoughts. If someone fears that you will retain weight easily by eating, you will entertain fearful images of yourself each time you eat and the mental image becomes the reality very soon.

You know what? Life could be so much better, if only we learned to aim higher. If we intensely desire to have super health, youth, and happiness, our brain will eventually guide us to seek ways to control food intake, eat more fruits and vegetables to do exercises often. You will find that anything you desired will be yours.

I wish you to live your dream life and thank you for reading
